Shanghai Hitachi Electrical Appliances Co.,Ltd.(SHEC), established in 1993. is a joint venture of Shanghai Refrigerator Compressor Co., Ltd(SRC), China National Development and Investment Corporation and Hitachi,Ltd., Japan. The three partners hold respectively 67%, 8%, and 25% of the total investment of US $218 million.
